Internet Ages and Why I Hate Kids

One of my biggest pet peeves is kids who are like, 9 or 10 using the Internet.

No words can describe how much I hate seeing little kids online. Of course I have nothing against young kids using the Internet to go on Club Penguin or play Wizard's 101, but when they start going on sites like Livestream.com, Tumblr, Facebook, deviantART, and e.c.t, I can't stand it. Those are "teen sites", not kid sites. There are a lot of things kids shouldn't see on the Internet and personally, I really don't think kids under 13 should be using computers for anything other then games and school.

I know for a fact that kids will disagree with me. Why wouldn't they? It's the Internet, they want to be cool, be 'hip'. They're totally mature enough to go on teen and adult sites, no problem! All the time, they're online thinking they're the hottest shit, cursing and trying to act cool, and some of them really think they are, when really, everyone is just kind of rolling their eyes and walking away.

A lot of kids think they're mature enough to go on grown-up sites. My reaction? Really? You're what, 10? How in hell do you even begin to think that you're mature enough to be on here? Do you even understand how this place works? Sure, the Internet can be fun and cool, but it can be a really bad place too. One of the big thing the Internet offers is anonymity, which means 1) People can have conversations and not worry about being publicly judged, and 2) People will sure as hell call you out on your bullshit.

AND THE SWEARING. OH MY SWEET MOTHER OF GOD WHEN THEY SWEAR LIKE LITTLE ANGRY PIRATES.

Should I stop here? Yes. Because if I don't stop now I'll go on forever with how angry kids make me.
