Bwaahahahahahahahahah! You have no idea how happy I am right now. NO IDEA <creepily stares>. Today I went to the gym with my mom for PE and absolutely destroyed my record of the treadmill, crunch count, and weight-lifting! It was so awesome.
I set the back weight lifter (a machine where you have to push with your knees in order to push your back all the way down, with the pressure of weight) on 85lbs, and absolutely pwned it. I did some Sets of thirty for awhile then popped off.
On the treadmill I went for the "climb" (incline) setting, started going 4 miles per-hour, and went vertically uphill on level 11 (it goes to 15) for thirty minutes. I swear to god if I went any longer my ankles would've snapped. Since I was going up so much, all of my weight was forced back onto my ankles, making it pretty hard sometimes. Afterwards I was so proud. :3
Let's see, ah yes, the crunch machine. I didn't get as far as the other ones, but it was still awesome. I crunched with the weight setting on 56lbs. It was pretty mellow, but I'm still happy.
Compared to how much I did when I first started going, this is a mother effin' miracle. I'm so happy, and proud. I think my machine records are pretty damn great for a chubby, Dwarf-Like, thirteen-year old girl. Although... I one of my old friends who's a tad younger then me (a few months) could barely lift 50lbs, and she was way healthier then me. Maybe it's just because I've been working out for awhile. I've always been strong :3 Ah, well, I'm done ranting now. Oh! One more thing.
How was every one's first day of school? My sisters and I had a pretty interesting morning, ha ha. I'm really excited for the school year to get going, right now I'm prepping for high school. Next year I'll be going to my sisters, it'll be awesome. Today was really fun, I did some Vocab, Math, History, Writing, and Art (speaking of art, I finally drew my OC Emily in good detail. It's awesome). I had to stop early though because my little sister came home <sad face> Anyway, I hope every one else had a great day. School is one of the most important things, even if it can be hard. I can't wait for college.
That's all for now,
Laura.
